Known for their Jewish-style rye bread, their francese (an Italian
style French bread) and their sourdough, Gayle's has developed
quite a following. In addition to their own retail operation,
their breads can be found at the Deluxe Market in Aptos and served
at the Ostrich Grill, Capitola.
